A raw and uncompromising drama about an Eastern European sex worker in the UK and her pimp. A politically and socially conscious account of one of the most disturbing and worrying phenomena in 21st-century Europe, it concentrates on two individuals and their intense, soul-killing and violent relationship against the backdrop of sex trafficking, prostitution and poverty. 

S is comprised of several, loosely connected scenes from the couple’s life. Jana prostitutes herself because she hopes she will be able to save up enough money to get her little daughter out of the foster home one day. However, almost all the money she makes selling herself on the streets goes to support Stan’s gambling passion.
